Woman Killed, Others Injured In Head-On Mercer County Crash: Police
A head-on three-vehicle crash in Mercer County claimed the life of a 62-year-old woman and left two others injured late Friday night, Dec. 20, authorities said. The crash occurred at approximately 10:05 p.m. on South Broad Street near the intersection with Hempstead Road in Hamilton Township as snow was falling, the police department said. The preliminary investigation indicates that a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan, driven by a 45-year-old Waterford Township man, was traveling eastbound when it collided head-on with a westbound 2011 Hyundai Sonata, driven by a 62-year-old woman from Lawrenceville.…

Motorcyclist, 66, Dies In Head-On Crash Along Jersey Shore: Police
A Somers Point man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into an oncoming SUV in Egg Harbor Township, authorities said. Alfred Mottola II, 66, died in the crash on Route 152 near the Somers Point border, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the scene at around 8:13 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Investigators said Mottola was heading west on a 2023 Harley-Davidson motorcycle near Graef Boat Yard when he crossed the center line into the eastbound lane. Police were investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a man on Route 130 North in Willingboro, authorities said. The victim was discovered on Monday, Dec. 2 near The Grand Marketplace, just south of Veterans Parkway, a Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson said. Man, 21, Dies In Motorcycle Crash On I-295 In Central Jersey, Troopers Say
A Millville man was killed when his motorcycle crashed on Interstate 295 in Mercer County, authorities said. John Marion, 21, died in the crash on Wednesday, Nov. 6, a state police spokesperson said. It happened on I-295 North near milepost 65.4 in Hamilton Township at around 11:49 a.m. Investigators said Marion was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle and struck the back of a Mini Cooper. His motorcycle overturned and he was ejected. Marion was pronounced dead at the scene. No injuries were reported in the Mini Cooper. The crash remained under investigation.

Driver Wanted After Pedestrian Killed In Central Jersey Hit-And-Run Crash
Police were looking for the driver who killed a pedestrian in Shrewsbury, authorities said. The 23-year-old Toms River man died in the hit-and-run crash on Monday, Aug. 5, a Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office spokesperson said on Friday, Aug. 16. Shrewsbury police responded to a report of an unresponsive person near the intersection of Shrewsbury and Sycamore avenues just after 2:45 a.m. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A pedestrian was struck and killed on Route 38 in Cherry Hill, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. on Friday, July 26, according to the New Jersey State Police fatal statistics web page.
