Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. An investigation revealed that Parham was driving at a high rate of speed prior to and during the crash.  A passenger from Karbach's car …

Cherry Hill Man Sentenced In Murder Of His Ex-Wife: Prosecutor A Cherry Hill man has been sentenced to 40 years in New Jersey State Prison for murdering his ex-wife, authorities said. On April 3, 2024, Philip Puche, 76, was convicted of first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, and weapons offenses in connection to the death of Nancy Kenny on March 15, 2021.  He was sentenced on May 15, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Pickup Truck Driver Killed In Collision With Garbage Truck In South Jersey A 53-year-old pickup truck driver from Cherry Hill was killed after a collision with a garbage truck in Gloucester County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about noon on Tuesday, May 21 at Lambs and Glassboro roads in Mantua, police said. The front of the garbage truck struck the driver's side door of the Ram pickup, police said. The victim's name had not been released. The garbage truck driver was not hurt.
