A Bergen County high school teacher is accused of secretly filming multiple women's buttocks in a parking lot, police said.
Michael A. Conner, 43, an English teacher at Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan, was arrested on Thursday, July 16, following a weeklong investigation by the Woodcliff Lake Police Department, Chief Stephen Regula announced.

A 40-year-old Leesburg man was arrested and charged after a man overdosed at a prison in Cumberland County, authorities announced Thursday, July 16.
On Wednesday, April 16, 2005, Ryan Marsh overdosed at Bayside State Prison in Maurice River Township, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. Alfed Bishop gave a synthetic cannabinoid to Marsh in exchange for cash, Webb-McRae said. Marsh passed away after injecting the drug, Webb-McRae said.
