Rutgers Student Charged With Lewdness, Sexual Contact In 12+ Incidents On Campus A Rutgers University student is accused of committing lewd acts and criminal sexual contact in more than a dozen incidents at the university's Piscataway campus and in South Brunswick, prosecutors announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
