Disney Says Husband Of Late NJ Doctor Can’t Sue Over Allergy Death Because Of Disney+ Account
Disney is raising eyebrows with its seemingly novel defense against a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the widower of a late New York doctor and Jersey City, NJ resident. Kanokporn Tangsuan, who grew up on Long Island in Bellerose and practiced family medicine at NYU Langone Hospital in Mineola, died at the age of 42 on Oct. 5, 2023 while on a family vacation to Disney World.
