New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington DC residents are being urged to avoid consuming certain oysters after a recall linked to a norovirus outbreak, federal officials announced. A 38-year-old Washington, DC man was arrested and charged with threatening flight attendants on a flight to Newark Liberty International Airport last summer, authorities said.
