Scandal Around Man's Damaged Body Was Primary Topic At His NJ Funeral, Lawsuit Says A New Jersey family has filed a lawsuit against a funeral home alleging that their loved one's body had been damaged so badly while in their care that they were unable to hold an open casket service. The lawsuit (attached) was filed by the Fornaro family in Bergen County Superior Court on Thursday, Sept. 5. The suit names the Cochran Funeral Home in Hackettstown along with three of its employees; Bergen Funeral Service along with three of its employees; 10 John Does; and 10 ABC entities. The Cochran Funeral Home declined to comment while Bergen Funeral Service did not return to Daily Voice'…

At 6 a.m., on Monday, February 5, Kesene Grier was driving an unmarked police SUV when she struck Raul Diaz, a 59-year-old Long Valley resident in Hackettstown, the state attorney general's office said. FedEx Driver Was 1.5X Legal Limit In Drunken Crash That Knocked Power In Warren County: Cops A FedEx driver was drunk when he crashed into a utility pole in Hackettstown on Tuesday, July 16, authorities said. At 2:59 p.m., officers were at 100 Main St. when they saw a FedEx delivery truck crashed into a utility pole, Hackettstown police said. The driver, David Fiallos, a 46-year-old Long Valley resident, was traveling westbound on Route 46 when he dropped his cellphone, which he was using to locate an address, police said.  While attempting to reach down and pick the phone up, the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a utility pole, police said.
