Bloomie's, Smaller Bloomingdale's Store, Opening In Central Jersey Shopping Center Bloomingdale's is bringing one of its smaller curated stores to Shrewsbury, officials said. Bloomie's will open in The Grove at Shrewsbury on Thursday, Nov. 14, Bloomingdale's said in a news release. At noon,  the suspect walked up to Vinhas Jewelry at 87 Ferry St. and broke the store’s front window with a small black hammer, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
