Kayaker, 35, Found Floating In NJ Quarry Dies
A 35-year-old man died after being pulled from the water near a privately-owned quarry over the weekend in New Jersey, authorities said. Troopers responded to the Alpha Quarry at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 24, following a report of a kayaker in distress. Local police and fire departments located the victim, identified as Justin Lusk, of Alpha, floating in the water, Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. Lusk was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident remains under active investigation, and no additional details have been released.

Man At Large After Stabbing Outside Linden Bowling Alley: Police
A 25-year-old Newark man was stabbed outside a bowling alley in Linden on Friday, Nov. 8, authorities said. At 6:10 p.m., officers responded to Linden Lanes at 741 N. Stiles St. and found the victim, Linden police said in a release. The man had been involved in an argument with a co-worker, Easkon Walker, a 44-year-old Elizabeth man, police said. Passenger Jumps Out Of Moving SUV On NJ Turnpike In Bergen County: Police
One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after plunging out of a moving vehicle along the New Jersey Turnpike, police said. A Hyundai SUV was traveling north on the western spur in East Rutherford at milepost 113.2 around 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22 when the front seat passenger jumped from the moving car, NJSP Sgt.
