A Jersey City woman whose two sons and mother were found last year in a feces- and flea-infested home deliberately sneezed on another customer during an argument at the local Target, authorities said Wednesday. Detectives who investigated the COVID-related incident at the 14th Street store last week signed complaints against Bernadette Bisogno, 49, state Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said. : Harding Man Dragged, Threatened Death, Hit Driver In Face With Hammer, Police Say
A 50-year-old Harding man was arrested after threatening to kill another driver and hitting him in the face with a hammer then dragging him, authorities said. Victor Henriques was on Lake Trail West in Mt. Kemble Lake on June 22 around 6:05 p.m. when the apparent assault took place, Harding Police Chief Erik Heller said. Henriques was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and unlawful weapon possession. He was issued a summons and released pending an appearance in Morris County Superior Court.

A man ostensibly looking for a job turned out to be a thief instead, according to Nutley police. On Tuesday, four people were hanging around outside an eatery in the township when two of them entered the Franklin Avenue business to fill out job applications, a police department spokesman said. A 21-year-old Newark man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly assaulted a woman and then threatened her with a gun, the fifth time the man has been charged with domestic violence involving the woman, police said. West Milford police privately kept a woman on the line as they stormed a house and took her barricaded boyfriend into custody, rescuing her and their two young children, authorities said. Anthony J.
