Trio From Morris, Passaic Face 10 Years To Life In Fed Pen For 55 Pounds Of Coke
Seizures of 55 pounds of cocaine and more than $700,000 in cash produced guilty pleas from two Morris County men and one from Passaic who admitted their roles in a major North Jersey drug ring.
Narcisco Ramirez, 46, of Passaic, Kiuny Perez, 42, of Rockaway Township, and Victor Pimentel, 44, of Parsippany, each pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Newark to drug conspiracy in exchange for leniency when they’re sentenced later this year.
All three are looking at a minimum of 10 years each, all of which must be served because there’s no parole in the federal prison system.

LODI, N.J. -- A Lodi resident was one of four women who told a federal court judge Wednesday that they sold thousands of oxycodone pills obtained through prescriptions.
Marie DeJulia, 42, admitted that she collected pills for sale from her co-conspirators: Michele Call, 63, and Nelida Rios, 55, of Flemington, NJ, and Call's daughter, 35-year-old Alicia Balaban of Wellington, FL.
All four pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Trenton to possession and conspiracy to sell the drug.

LODI, N.J. -- A Lodi resident was one of four women charged by federal authorities with operating an oxycodone ring that sold thousands of pills in New Jersey.
Marie DeJulia, 42, of Lodi and the other three -- including a mother and daughter -- were released after federal court appearances on Thursday, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.
The accused ringleader, Alicia Balaban, 35, had her appearance near her home in Wellington, FL, before being released, he said.
