Louis Tor Of Passaic County Dies, 39
Beloved Wayne native Louis R. Tor died in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Friday, Nov. 4. He was 39.
Born in Pompton Plains, Louis was raised in Wayne before graduating from Wayne Valley High School in 2001, his obituary and social media pages say.
Louis later moved to Myrtle Beach, SC, with his wife, Danielle, in 2015, according to his memorial.
Louis had an incredible heart and countless hobbies. He loved spending time with his family, especially fishing at the “Honey Hole.”

Two fugitive brothers from Paterson were captured and charged with murder in the stabbing deaths of two city men during the July 4th weekend, authorities announced Tuesday.
Jose Edgar Martinez-Garcia, 33, and Francisco Martinez-Garcia, 27, were nabbed by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, they said.
Both were sought in the stabbing deaths of Jaime Hernandez, 44, and Johnny Jimenez, 36, in the parking lot of Public School No. 5 off Totowa Avenue.

Mahwah PD: Route 17 Tailgater Had Assault Rifle, Handgun, Ammo, No License
A Mahwah police sergeant who stopped a tailgating driver on Route 17 found him carrying an assault rifle, a loaded handgun and several high-capacity magazines, authorities said.
Joseph Cogoni, 51, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina also was driving on a suspended license, Police Chief Stephen Jaffe said.
Sgt. David Vega stopped Cogoni’s 2018 Toyota on the southbound highway around 5:30 p.m. last Wednesday, Jaffe said Monday.
