An assistant prosecutor knew what he was talking about when he convinced a judge in Hackensack to order lifetime parole supervision for a convicted child porn trafficker. Jackson T. Dietrich, 37, appears headed back to state prison for a third time after Bergen County prosecutor's detectives said they found him again viewing online child pornography. A registered sex offender from Wayne who served state prison time for downloading child porn is looking at a mandatory 10 years in a federal penitentiary for doing it again, authorities said. Robert Klemt, 34, had more than 70 photos and videos “depicting the sexual exploitation of children”on a laptop, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said Wednesday. A Hunterdon County man was sentenced to seven years in state prison including five of parole ineligibility for distributing child pornography, state officials said. John M. Rudy, 57, of Flemington, was found guilty of several charges involving the possession, storage and distribution of child pornography on Jan. 14, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said Tuesday.
