The family of a Ridgefield mom who was struck and killed by a pickup truck has settled a wrongful death suit against the driver for $1,250,000, their attorney said Monday. A Ridgefield woman who was struck by a pickup truck while crossing the street near the supermarket where she worked was declared brain dead by doctors on Monday, loved ones and authorities confirmed.
