A Trenton High School graduate and owner of a hair salon in Bordentown has been crowned International Mrs. USA. Chimere Nicole Haskins, 39, of Willingboro, won the title — competing as Mrs. New Jersey USA — earlier this month during a competition in Orlando, Florida.
