Jhirmane Parks and three other unidentified males had brought police to Elmwood Court around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno said. Lidl Opening In Passaic County Shopping Center A new grocery store is coming soon to a popular shopping center. Lidl, which is based in Germany announced it is opening in Totowa Commons. While an opening date has not been announced, the 27,270 square foot store is set to open sometime this year.  This will be the grocery store's second Passaic County location, joining one in Pompton Lakes. The grocery store chain has 22 locations throughout the Garden State.

The German discount grocer will open Dec. 18 at 8 a.m. at the former Pathmark store on New Bridge Road.
