Lifelong Hunterdon County resident Sarah E. Henschel died suddenly on Wednesday, June 8 at the age of 28. Born in Flemington, Sarah grew up in Whitehouse Station and graduated from Hunterdon Central High School, her obituary says. Sarah then went on to graduate from Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg before attending Philadelphia University, now known as Thomas Jefferson College, according to her memorial. Driver Hospitalized Following 2-Car Crash On Route 78 In Hunterdon County: State Police
A driver was taken to a nearby hospital following a two-car crash on Route 78 in Hunterdon County, state police confirmed. The vehicles collided and one of them overturned in the westbound lanes near exit 17 in Clinton around 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, NJSP Sgt. Alejandro Goez told DailyVoice.com. The driver of the vehicle that overturned was taken to Morristown Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Goez said. A 54-year-old woman was flown to a local hospital following a crash involving a truck in Hunterdon County, state police confirmed. A trapped victim had to be extricated by emergency crews and three others suffered minor injuries following a crash in Hunterdon County, authorities said. The Lebanon Township Fire Department responded to the crash in Califon just after 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8, the squad said. A trapped driver was extricated and flown to a nearby hospital following a serious crash in Hunterdon County, state police confirmed. Officers responding to the crash on Dutch Lane in East Amwell Township found that a Jeep Wrangler had overturned and trapped the driver just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, NJSP SFC Lawrence Peele told DailyVoice.com. The Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad responded to the Raritan Town Square complex near Lowe's in Raritan Township and found a car that barreled through the front of the building just before 6:30 a.m., the department said. Victim Flown To Trauma Center Following Hunterdon ATV Crash
A victim was flown to a nearby trauma center following an ATV crash in Hunterdon County, authorities said. The Quakertown Fire Company responded to the crash in Franklin Township on Sunday, May 29. Initial reports stated that the accident occurred on Oak Grove Road shortly before 9:40 p.m. A NorthStar medical helicopter was requested to land at Sky Manor Airport to take the victim to a local trauma center for treatment of multiple injuries. Assisting agencies include the Franklin Township Police Department and HMC Paramedics.

15-Year-Old Boy Airlifted In Route 202 Crash
A 15-year-old boy was flown to the hospital after being struck by a car on Route 202, authorities said. He was struck around 2:25 a.m. at the Reaville Road intersection in Flemington, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office said. He was taken to Morristown Medical Center for treatment and the crash remains under investigation.
