Fire Ravages Saddle River Home Fire severely damaged a Saddle River home Friday afternoon. The blaze blew through the second floor and out the windows of the two-story wood-frame home on Fox Hedge Road off East Allendale Avenue. Firefighters knocked the fire down, checked for extensions and began overhauling a little over a half hour later. No injuries were reported.

She was taken to The Valley Hospital for evaluation as a precaution after her Toyota slid off the rainy southbound highway and into a wooded area near East Allendale Avenue on Sunday.
