Former Warren County Man Gets 8 Years In Prison For Sexually Assaulting Kids 6, 10
A former Warren County man was sentenced to eight years in state prison for sexually assaulting two children, authorities said Tuesday. Herman Quintana was found guilty of sexually assaulting the kids between March 2015 and September 2016 in Phillipsburg, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said. It is not clear how he knew them. Quintana, of Easton, PA, was later convicted of three counts each of sexual assault on a victim under the age of 13 and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said. Superior Court Judge H. Franklin Woman Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen
A Franklin woman is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile, authorities said. Crystal Seidner, 38, was arrested after authorities received a tip that the teen -- between ages 13 and 16 -- was assaulted at a local home in November 2018, Franklin police said. Seidner was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. She was processed and released in accordance with the New Jersey bail reform act, pending an appearance in Sussex County Superior Court.

The child sex assault trial of a former construction company owner from Upper Saddle River ended with jurors in Hackensack unable to reach a verdict. Bergen County prosecutors said they will seek a new trial against Louis Tantillo, 55, following the mistrial. The jury of eight men and four women began deliberating Tuesday morning. A Jersey City pastor accused of groping three people was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting one of them -- a 10-year-old girl and member of his church, authorities in Hudson County said. Orlando Martinez-Chavez, 48, was also sentenced by Hudson County Superior Court Judge Patrick Arre to 18 months for criminal sexual contact against a second victim, as well as five years for endangering the welfare of a child for the third victim. A baby girl was returned safely to her family after a repo driver towed her dad's car not realizing she was inside in East Orange Wednesday. The 1-year-old was left in the car by her father, who had ran back inside the house to grab her bottle, ABC7 reports. When he went back to the car, it was gone -- as was his daughter. A driver whose car struck a toddler in downtown Paterson eluded pursuing police on busy city streets Thursday afternoon before abandoning the vehicle, authorities said.
