Catherine Anthony died Monday, according to a GoFundMe page set up to raise money for her funeral service.
Anthony played soccer and fenced for Butler High School, according to the page.
Samantha Campoli, who created the page, described Anthony as “full of character” and “loved by those who surrounded her.”
“We are asking for any support for the family during this tragic time,” she wrote.
More than $4,000 had been raised by Tuesday afternoon.
