Lara Dominianni, or Little Miss Foodie as she's known on Instagram, has made a name for herself outlining healthy eating in real-life words and pictures.
The 25-year-old first-grade teacher started photo blogging her recipes and restaurant finds on Instagram two years ago after discovering she had food intolerances.
"Social events like the Super Bowl would bring me such anxiety because I'd be afraid there would be nothing I could eat," she said.
"Now I look at it as an opportunity to bring something I like to make and can eat and that I know everyone will love too," she added.
For the New England-Atlanta game on Sunday (6:30 p.m. EST on FOX), Dominianni is making gluten-free chicken tacos -- a request of many.
"My friends are asking for my tacos because they are so good. I try to show off that healthy eating isn’t sacrificing taste."
Gluten is Dominianni's biggest nemesis but she has discovered that every food can be made with a flour alternative.
"Anything can be made with a different ingredient -- anything," she said, noting coconut flour is often a go-to ingredient in her baked goods.
"I make donuts all the time and they’re grain-free. You just have to become familiar with all of the products out there. Things have really come a long way."
Popular recipes on her Instagram feed includes a pizza made with a sweet potato base and a beet-pesto dish made with grain-free zoodles.
A recent lunch prepared in a special reusable box was a cornucopia of organic deli turkey, a mix of berries, coffee bean coconut chips and a homemade beet, pesto dip.
Dominianni doesn't make a living doing Little Miss Foodie, but she has gotten some commissions, samples and invitations.
"It's a hobby. I feel lucky and grateful. I eat to be healthy and feel good. If I don’t eat this way, I'll be sick for days."
Dominianni said her classroom is too young for social media discussions, but she does incorporate the message of healthy eating at snack time.
"I just encourage everyone to go one step further to live a healthier lifestyle," she said.
