Pedestrian Pushing Shopping Cart Struck, Killed By South Jersey Hit-Run Driver: Police A 60-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver early Friday, June 14 in Vineland, authorities said. At approximately 12:30 a.m., Vineland police responded to North Delsea Drive near West Wheat Road about a pedestrian who appeared to be struck by a vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway.
