Dead Pets Found In Freezer, 36 Neglected Animals Rescued From South Jersey Woman, Police Say A Galloway Township woman was accused of neglecting 36 pets and having several dead animals in a freezer, authorities said. Nancy Santos, 57, was charged with 43 counts of animal neglect, the Galloway Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 2.
