NJ Trucker Killed In PA I-78 Overturn Crash: Coroner A New Jersey truck driver was killed when his tractor-trailer veered off the road and overturned on Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania, officials announced on Thursday, March 6. Timothy O. Atanda, 48, of Newark, was behind the wheel when the crash happened at mile marker 60.7 in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, at approximately 2:01 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said. Support Rising For Bergen County Teen Killed In Route 78 Pennsylvania Crash The community is rallying to support the family of a vibrant 19-year-old from Bergen County, NJ who tragically died in a car accident along Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania earlier this week. Ciarra Sanchez was heading east on I-78 in Upper Saucon Township when the vehicle veered off the road and struck a concrete bridge pillar on Monday, Nov. 11, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio.
