Photo Of Nude Boy Was Wallpaper On Paterson Man's Phone, Sheriff Says A 36-year-old Paterson man has been arrested on child pornography charges after detectives found a nude photo of a young boy had been set as the wallpaper of his cellphone, authorities said.
