As of 6:15 p.m., Sussex County had the most widespread outages, with 3,029 customers in the dark, JCP&L reported. Live Wires On Road Closed Route 23 In Pequannock: DOT A stretch of Route 23 was closed Thursday morning, March 20 due to downed wires, the DOT site says. All southbound lanes were closed and one northbound lane was closed at Jackson Avenue.

Downed Wires Shut Route 23: All Lanes Closed All lanes of Route 23 were closed Tuesday, Dec. 17 due to downed wires. The DOT site said the incident was reported in the northbound lanes, north of Paterson Hamburg Turnpike in West Milford.  All lanes were closed as of 12:25 p.m.
