NJ Stagehand, Avid Poker Player Ren Cain Dies Suddenly, $16K Raised For Young Daughter Support is on the rise for one little girl mourning the loss of her father. Ren Cain, who lived most of his life in Central Jersey, died on Friday, Jan. 17, according to his obituary on the Spezzi Funeral Home website. He was 39 years old.  Ren was born on the Beaufort Naval Base in South Carolina and was a stagehand with IATSE Local 21, his obituary reads. Records show he also primarily lived in Parlin. NJ Cops ID Pilot Killed In Small Plane Crash Authorities have identified the pilot killed in a small plane crash in Somerset County over the weekend. Pankaj Mohan, 61, of Lawrenceville, was operating a Cirrus SR22 that crashed in a wooded area of Franklin Township at approximately 10:35 a.m. Sunday, March 30, according to the FAA and Franklin Township Police Capt. Vincent Wilson. The plane departed Princeton Airport and was headed for Raleigh-Durham International Airport in North Carolina, the FAA said. Only Mohan was on board.
