Forbes Ranks NJ Billionaires Among Richest People In America "Forbes" has released its list of richest American residents. And, yet again, three New Jersey residents were named. Rocco Commisso, John Overdeck, and Peter Kellogg all made the cut. The billionaire trio also were ranked among the richest billionaires in the world last April by Forbes.
