A 13-year-old boy was killed after he was trapped beneath a farm tractor in Gloucester County on Monday, July 6, authorities said. At 9:41 p.m. on Friday, July 3, troopers received a report of a missing person, Jason Blanco, a 19-year-old Flemington resident, on the Delaware River in Alexandria Township, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
