On Nov. 23, 2022, Thanksgiving Eve, Yahmir Brown, along with a juvenile, assaulted an employee of a local business on Hamilton Street in Franklin Township, Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald said. The employee suffered multiple facial fractures, McDonald said. Brown was sentenced after being convicted of aggravated assault in May following a weeklong trial, authorities said.
