NJ Ranks Among Top States For Hospital Safety In Fall 2024, Leapfrog Report Finds New Jersey hospitals are among the safest in the nation, according to the fall 2024 Hospital Safety Grade report from The Leapfrog Group.  The Garden State ranks in the top 10 states for the highest percentage of "A" hospitals, joining states like Utah, Virginia, and Connecticut. The grades, which are updated twice a year, assess nearly 3,000 hospitals across the country on their effectiveness at preventing medical errors, accidents, and infections. Owner Who Left Cash At Central Jersey Golf Range Wanted, Police Say Police were looking for whoever left a significant amount of money at a golf range in Holmdel, authorities said. In a Facebook post, Holmdel police said the money was turned into the department on Thursday, Nov. 8.  The cash was found on the ground at around 2 p.m. at Swing Loose Golf, an indoor and outdoor range located at Bell Works. Holmdel police responded to the wreck on Bethany Road on Monday, Aug. 12, a spokesperson for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said.
