: Armed Suspect Accused Of Abducting Infant Reportedly In Custody
A 27-year-old man accused of abducting an infant girl was apparently arrested in East Orange approximately 30 minutes after police issued an Amber Alert. The baby girl, Chinna Payne, was unharmed, initial police reports say. Damion Payne, 27, was accused of abducting the girl at gunpoint, according to a BOLO (Be On The Lookout) alert issued at 2:37 p.m. He then fled in a white Nissan Altima with Virginia plates, police said. Payne was reportedly located on South Munn Avenue, in East Orange.

Obsessed Patient Beat Bensalem Chiropractor To Death, DA Says
A 22-year-old Bucks County man was charged with killing his chiropractor whom prosecutors say he became obsessed with while seeking treatment for jaw pain. Joseph O'Boyle, of Bensalem, beat 64-year-old Dr. James Sowa to death in his Hulmeville Road home office on Nov. 2, 2020, Bucks County, District Attorney Matt Weintraub said Friday. O'Boyle was remanded to the Bucks County jail on Nov. 10, when he assaulted a police officer at his home as part of the homicide investigation, Weintraub said.
