The top of a tourism bus turned out to be an excellent vantage point for a man who captured the stunning footage of a biker smashing the back windshield of a car with his feet in Philadelphia. The video from the Sunday, Oct. 1 incident in 1400 S. Penn Square was shared to Instagram by George Coloney, where the video garnered more than 42K likes as of Tuesday, Oct. 3.
