A GoFundMe page was created for 26-year-old Antonio Caprara. The Beachwood man was killed in the crash in Toms River at around 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8. On June 21, Michele Baker was charged with strict liability drug-induced death, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. Detectives from several SWAT teams and law enforcement agencies executed search warrants were executed March 31 at two Toms River homes and a room at the Ocean view Inn, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
