PA Man Points Police To His Killer Moments Before Death, Police Say One man is dead and another has been charged after a brawl in Lancaster on Wednesday, according to the Lancaster City bureau of police. Police were dispatched for a report of a stabbing at 505 Pearl Street just before 7 a.m. The officers arrived to find Brandon Schweers, 36, of the 500 block of Pearl Street in Lancaster, with visible injuries to his head and knee, as well as having difficulty breathing.
