Woman, 28, Shot Dead At Car Wash In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 28-year-old woman was found fatally shot last in the parking lot of a self-service car wash, authorities said.  Alicia Stilley of Cinnaminson was found laying on the ground of Hot Wet & Wax in Palmyra by police at approximately 10:45 p.m. Monday April 18, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Palmyra Police Chief Meghan Campbell. Her body was found on the ground bleeding near her vehicle, Coffina and Campbell said. The motive for the shooting is being investigated. No arrests have been made.
