Philadelphia Fugitive Stole $4K Worth Of Designer Handbags In South Jersey: Police A 21-year-old fugitive has been arrested in Philadelphia in connection with allegedly stealing $4,000 in designer handbags from a store in South Jersey, authorities said. Fred Johnson of Philadelphia was charged on a warrant with robbery and theft, Evesham police said on Tuesday, Jan. 9.  On Nov. 9, 2023, Evesham police responded to the Second to None Consignment shop at 230 N.
