The woman who died alongside her 9-month-old son after their car was found in a Central Jersey pond had been mourning the loss of her own father, according to her posts on social media. The bodies of Tamequa Robinson, 30, of Edison, and her baby boy were pulled from their car in Piscataway's New Market Pond around 5:35 Tuesday morning, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. Dad Of 3 Dead, 21-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured In Old Bridge Crash
A 39-year-old man died and another was hospitalized in a fiery Old Bridge crash early Sunday morning, authorities said. The driver of a Nissan Versa lost control on a sharp bend on Texas Road and crossed into oncoming traffic before hitting a Hyundai Elantra around 2:15 a.m., police said. The Nissan overturned and burst into flames, killing the 39-year-old Monroe driver, Ryan Pomales, said police and those who knew him. Pedestrian Critically Hurt In Mercer County Crash
A 37-year-old pedestrian was critically hurt after being struck by a pick-up truck while crossing Route 33 in Mercer County, authorities said. The truck hit the pedestrian around 8:30 p.m. between Twin Rivers Drive North and Probasco Road, East Windsor police said. Initial reports said the pedestrian was in traumatic arrest.
