Hamilton Man, 23, Killed In Rollover Crash In Mercer County
A 23-year-old man from Hamilton was killed when his car struck a boulder and rolled over in Princeton, authorities said. The driver who was killed in the one-car crash was identified as Matt Leon. The crash occurred at 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4 on Mercer Road near Quaker Road, Princeton police said. Leon was traveling south when he entered the shoulder of the road and struck the boulder and overturned, police said. Anyone who witnessed the crash is urged to call Patrolman Jonathan Myzie at 609-921-2100 ext. 1875. The crash remains under investigation.

Fire Investigated At Quaker Meeting House In Mercer County
The cause of a fire at a centuries-old Quaker meeting house is under investigation in Mercer County, authorities said. No one was hurt in the fire that broke out at 3:25 a.m. Monday, April 3 at the Stony Brook Meeting House on the campus of Princeton Friends School, Princeton police said. NJ Motorists Rescued From Car By Police Helicopter After 4 Hours Trapped
Two motorists were plucked from the rooftops of their cars, which were stranded in floodwaters from Tropical Storm Ida in Mercer County, authorities said. One of the motorists was rescued by a New Jersey State Police helicopter after four hours, while a second man was pulled from his car's roof by a Trenton Fire Department ladder truck, according to the Princeton Department of Emergency and Safety Services.
