Maple Shade Man Indicted On Murder Charge In Roommate's Deadly Beating, Prosecutor Says An indictment charging a 51-year-old man from Maple Shade with murder in the beating his roommate was returned last month, authorities said. Dave Lake was indicted on a first degree murder charge Oct. 22 and signed by Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.  An arraignment will be held next month in Superior Court in Mount Holly, Coffina said.
