Gotcha! Fugitive Who Helped Dismember Toms River Man Captured In Marlboro, Prosecutor Says
A 34-year-old man who had been wanted for his role in the dismemberment of a Toms River man and for hindering the apprehension of a murder suspect has been captured after days on the run, authorities said.
Jared Krysiak, of Brick Township, assisted Maxwell Johnston, 35, of Manchester Township, in dismembering 56-year-old Kerry Rollason on July 3, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Krysiak was captured in Marlboro on Tuesday, July 16, and transported to the Ocean County Jail on charges of hindering apprehension and desecration of human remains, Billhimer said. …

Four people from Ocean County were accused of helping a murder suspect dismember the body of a Toms River man who was killed in his home, authorities said.
Elizabeth Mascarelli, 29, of Seaside Heights; Danielle Bolstad, 42, of Barnegat; Jared Krysiak, 34, of Brick Township; and Jarred Palumbo, 36, of Manchester, were facing charges in the case, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Monday, July 15. A Lacey Township man admitted to racist threats against an Amazon driver and illegally selling large amounts of marijuana, authorities said.
John Vincentini, 64, pleaded guilty in two separate cases on Friday, June 7, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. He and his wife, 64-year-old Karen Vincentini, have been held in the Ocean County Jail since March.
John Vincentini pleaded guilty to bias intimidation after he was indicted back in June 2023. He was accused of threatening an Amazon delivery driver on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022.

A Pennsylvania realtor convicted of killing her father and his girlfriend on the Jersey Shore will spend the rest of her life in state prison, authorities said.
Sherry Lee Heffernan, 57, of Landenberg, PA, received two life sentences on Friday, May 10, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced in a news release. After a four-week trial, a jury found her guilty of two murder charges on Friday, Mar. 1.
