Police Locate Fugitive Who Cut Catalytic Converter Off Chick-fil-A Van In South Jersey Police in Burlington County say they have located a 29-year-old man who allegedly cut the catalytic converter off of a Chick-fil-A van. Qabir S. Jones of Pennsauken in Camden County was wanted on theft and criminal mischief charges, Evesham Township police said.  Lt. Dan Burdette, a spokesman for the Evesham Police Department said they had located Jones. Jones is "currently incarcerated on unrelated charges out of another jurisdiction," Burdette said on Thursday, July 20.
