Brian Kain, of Brick Township, was arrested by detectives with the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, Sept. 12, the office said in a news release. He was charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust to a child. Declining Departures Cause Spirit To Close Atlantic City Airport's Crew Hub Spirit Airlines will close its crew base at Atlantic City International Airport, the company said. In a statement, a Spirit spokesperson said the airline will shut down its ACY crew base on Sunday, Sept. 1. The closing will affect 157 pilots and flight attendants. The move will not impact Spirit's flight schedule at ACY.
