South Jersey Fugitive Arrested By US Marshals In Fatal Shooting: Prosecutor
U.S. Marshals have arrested a 21-year-old fugitive from Camden in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said. Isaac Santiago was charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 27, 2023, death of Esterlin Torres, 35, of Pennsauken, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Two Trenton men were sentenced to 60 years in New Jersey State Prison without parole for a gang-related double-fatal shooting, authorities said.
