Killer At Large: Police In Philly Area Seek Man On Murder Charge
A 21-year-old man accused of killing a 22-year-old victim last month in Suburban Philadelphia is being sought by police on a murder charge. Tyshaun Harvey is wanted for the fatal Pottstown shooting of Nahmer Baird on May 29, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Pottstown Police Chief Mick Markovich said. A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to Harvey’s arrest. $20,000 Of Fentanyl Seized From Philadelphia Area Dealer: Police
A Philadelphia area man was found with more than $20,000 worth of fentanyl in an undercover bust, authorities said. Naim Payton, 23, of Morrisville, was set to sell a large quantity of the uncut, highly lethal drug on Monday, April 25, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said. Detectives spotted him on the 400 block of North Evans Street in Pottstown that evening, and stopped his car, Steele said alongside Pottstown Police Chief Mick Markovich. Husband & Wife Were Fighting Before Suburban Philly Murder-Suicide, Police Say
A husband shot and killed his wife before turning the gun on himself in Montgomery County, authorities announced Monday. Carla Forde, 46, was shot and killed by her husband, Edward Thornton, 42, who then died by suicide at their home on Chestnut Street in Pottstown Monday at 7 a.m., according to District Attorney Kevin R.
