Princeton University Confiscates E-Scooters After Campus Ban On Electric Vehicles Princeton University has confiscated at least 80 e-scooters following a ban on electric vehicles on campus, officials confirmed. Personal electric vehicles including hoverboards and electric and motorized skateboards, are prohibited to be used, stored, parked, or charged within the campus "restricted zone," according to Princeton's policy. The policy took effect on Thursday, Jan. 25.
