Antonio Burke, 32, has been charged with murder in the death of Cinnaminson's Alicia Stilley in the parking lot of the car wash in the first block of Filmore Street in Palmyra, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Palmyra Police Chief Meghan Campbell. Woman, 28, Shot Dead At Car Wash In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 28-year-old woman was found fatally shot last in the parking lot of a self-service car wash, authorities said.  Alicia Stilley of Cinnaminson was found laying on the ground of Hot Wet & Wax in Palmyra by police at approximately 10:45 p.m. Monday April 18, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Palmyra Police Chief Meghan Campbell.
