Brick Police Arrest Toms River Pair For Breaking Into Multiple Vehicles, Possessing Heroin Two men accused of breaking into multiple parked vehicles have been arrested by police in Ocean County, authorities said. At about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, Brick Patrol Officer Kyle Patrick, K-9 Officer Scott Smith, Ptl. Kyle Dudak and Ptl. John Sullivan were dispatched to Collins Court in the Green Briar section of the township for a motor vehicle burglary in progress, according to a department spokeswoman.
