A 19-year-old man from Atlantic City pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing a handgun, authorities said. Jai Caesar admitted to the offense on Tuesday, Aug. 29, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. A federal judge in Philadelphia sentenced a New Jersey man to a plea-bargained 14 years and nine months in prison for robbing a Pennsylvania gas station convenience store with a sawed-off rifle.
