Three men admitted to shooting a teen to death during a drug deal in Burlington Township more than three years ago, authorities said. Jayviyohn Earley of Willingboro, Tarik Jenkins of Pemberton Township, and Kayhree Simmons of Willingboro pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Oct. 29 to aggravated manslaughter, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw said in a news release. Atlantic City Man Sentenced On Firearms Offense: Prosecutor
A 24-year-old Atlantic City man was sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison on a firearms offense, authorities said. Elijah Harris was sentenced on a charge of second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun while being engaged in a drug deal, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Harris must serve 42 months in prison before being eligible for parole. Harris was arrested on Florida Avenue in Atlantic City. A 28-year-old Monroe County man is facing charges after a drug deal at Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem turned into an armed robbery in the parking lot, reports say. Brandon L. Pearsall-McNealy, of East Stroudsburg, met a person at the casino on Wind Creek Boulevard Friday morning and agreed to buy marijuana, PennLive reports citing city police.
